What we need from you in any case is a current CV. Call it old-school, but we are also happy to receive a short motivational letter with a couple of words from you to understand why you would like to join us. If you are applying for a creative job, we would of course love to have a look at your portfolio. Please note that the maximum file size in total should not be more than 20 MB.
First, the hiring team for the position will screen your documents to see if your profile is a match for us and the role. If there is a positive impression you will receive an invitation to a first interview. The entire interview process is always aligned with the position and therefore naturally differs. Usually, you can expect between three and four interview rounds, in which both, you and we, have the chance for an extensive exchange and to get to know each other.
We are of course very keen to give you feedback on your application as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, we also want to get a comprehensive impression and take the necessary time to do so. Therefore, we ask you for a little patience.
We don't have a traditional application deadline. As long as the position is online on our careers page, you can apply for it.
In order to give you the opportunity to send us an initiative application, we have advertised an extra post. You can send us your proactive application. In this case it is essential for us to receive a motivation letter from you, so we know in which area you would like to work and develop with AMORELIE.
