Your role and responsibilities:
  • You own all our internal technical infrastructure of our Berlin office (Windows servers, network infrastructure, telephony, printers, meeting rooms)
  • You own all our 3rd party tooling for internal use (GSuite, Office 365, Jira, Confluence)
  • You are responsible for the procurement of hardware and software licenses for use by our employees
  • You are responsible for technical and organizational guidelines regarding hardware usage by employees
  • You are responsible for staffing the helpdesk and leading its employees
  • You own and optimize the on- and offboarding process of employees regarding hardware and software
  • You are the owner for authentication and authorization of employees for the internal systems
  • You make sure that trainings are offered to our employees regarding the standard software and hardware
  • You ensure best practices when it comes to data information security
  • You ensure high-quality documentation of our processes, inventory and systems
  • You are responsible for ensuring high-quality backup processes and disaster recovery plans

Your strengths and qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Computer science or similar, preferably with a specialization in IT operations
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in internal IT, preferably also in a similar role
  • Technical Knowledge in Microsoft Servers (Active Directory), Cloud Services (GSuite, Office 365), Network infrastructure (Firewalls, WiFi), Backup software (Veeam) and computer administration (Windows, Mac)
  • Service-minded attitude and strong troubleshooting skills
  • You have a structured way of working
  • Track record of implementing new services and policies in previous companies
