Your role and responsibilities:
  • You have full P&L responsibility for all AMORELIE online shops (DE, AT, CH, FR)
  • You are leading the shop team with onsite campaign and country managers
  • You are customer focused and responsible for driving customer satisfaction and customer lifetime value
  • You ensure that our online shops are meeting our customers´ needs in different markets
  • You work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns
  • You work data-driven and KPI based, and initiate measures in order to drive performance
  • You provide business reports to top management and keep them informed about all relevant topics for the online shop
  • You are responsible for evaluating new markets and drive internationalization for the online shops

Your strengths and qualifications:
  • You have an excellent degree in business administration at a renowned university
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience and have worked in a similar field where you have proven that you can manage and scale an e-commerce shops
  • Work experience in a leading management consulting company and B2C industry expertise are a great plus
  • You are an experienced, enthusiastic and highly energetic team leader
  • You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and have a self-driven working style
  • You are always on the hunt to try something new and to develop and execute your own ideas
  • You are a motivated team player, you can support your team with assertiveness and a respectful and inspiring style of leadership
  • You are a true leader taking care of and constantly developing your team members
  • You are a structured and highly analytical leader with strong KPI orientation
  • You have a strong understanding of numbers and an understanding of the Amorelie brand
  • You are used to and feel comfortable communicating on top management and stakeholder level
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken) – German would be a plus
