Your role and responsibilities:
  • You own our business division for marketplaces sales, leading the team in creating a positive impact on revenue growth
  • Together with the team you run international platforms of Amazon, ebay and others
  • You account for turnover and profitability control in your sales channel, driving the forecasting and budgeting processes together with our Financial Planning & Analysis
  • You are the interface to other sales channels and other departments, such as marketing or operations, to align in sales and portfolio strategies or logistical challenges
  • You drive the international expansion of marketplaces together with our business development managers
  • You motivate, coach and lead your team passionately

Your strengths and qualifications:
  • You gained several years of working experience – with focus on platform sales such as Amazon
  • You know how to sell on Amazon! Overcoming barriers and challenges in marketplaces sales is your passion
  • You gained first experience in leading a team, people enjoy working with you because of your communication strengths and optimism
  • You have good analytical skills
  • You bring a hands-on mentality, you enjoy operative work as much as leading a team
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken) – German is a plus
  • You are passionate for Amorelie, our vision and products
  • You love selling our products and opening new markets
